During a Frank Talking session we are able to work out ways in which you can Change Your Mind - To Change Your Life. There are many things that hold us back in life and being able to change our minds about how we approach things we can change the outcomes of our lives. Awareness is the key to making sure you Choose to take Action and achieve the Result you desire.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment, Min 24 hours would be appreciated. If cancellations occur more than twice I shall ask for prepayment of next booking which shall be retained if you attend or not due to loss of business. Many Thanks
